Who We Are

Paul Mauney has 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He
has been inspecting homes in the greater Charlotte area for over 12
years (over 20,000 inspections). Paul cares about doing quality work,
which is why he has worked to attain the highest certification possible
for termite inspectors.

Mauney's Termite Control is family owned and operated. All of our
inspectors have full Supra Key access which enables us to have quicker
access to properties without the agent or homeowner being present. We do
full inspections of all accessible areas of the house/garage. We also
offer treatments and warranties for any wood destroying insects, and
moisture control such as moisture barriers and power ventilators with
humidistats.
